Service Description

**Please book based on the time the 1st person needs join, even if that is not actually when your event will begin. That time is when the Technology Committee will start the Zoom.** Once you have submitted your request you will receive an automated email notifying you that we have received your request. Please wait to receive your approve/decline email. A member of the Technology Committee will approve or deny your request and you will receive an ADDITIONAL automated email. Please review that email closely! If the request was APPROVED the subject of your email will state so. You will also see the name of the person from the Technology Committee who will be your Moderator. The moderator will start your meeting for you, setup Facebook Streaming and assign you as the host/cohost. The moderator will be available for any admin functions during your meeting, IF REQUESTED. Otherwise, you will have full control of the meeting. You can contact your Moderator with any questions. If the request was DECLINED the subject of your email will state this. This will mean no Moderators are available for your meeting and you will need to reschedule or contact the Technology Committee with any concerns. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours of your scheduled meeting start time, please contact Soror Felicia King. *Website Admins will only receive a confirmation email.
